We're located in the USA. So, we ship to all 50 states, all US territories and US military bases. We can also ship International but not at a discounted rate. We're still a small company so we can't swing that yet.

All domestic orders over $50 will ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping cost is based on weight and location and calculated at checkout.

If you ship an order internationally, you are responsible for any custom fees associated with your order.

Great question! On the Keto Bars product page, you have 2 options before adding to cart: 'One-Time Purchase 'or Subscription. Select 'Subscription', choose your delivery schedule from the dropdown menu, and then Add To Cart.

That's totally up to you. When you select 'Subscription' on the product page, you must choose a frequency. Your choices are every 15, 30 or 45 days. If you want a more specific delivery window you can adjust it after your first order has been placed.

Make sure you're logged in to your KetoBars.com account. Once you're logged in, you will click the 'My Account' from the Main Menu. At the very top, under your name, select 'Manage Subscriptions'. In here you can edit your delivery schedule, swap or cancel products, update your billing and shipping information and more.

It sounds like when you created your subscription never created a login to access that subscription. What you need to do is head the top right corner of this website and create an account. Make sure your account email is the same email you used to create the subscription. Once that is complete, your subscription info will be loaded.

Nope. There is no minimum. You can use your rewards on any purchase amount. There is also no limit to the dollar amount that is discounted. If you save enough points you could essentially receive an order at no cost.

Nope! Although Keto Bars are made with chocolate, they will not melt. That was a tough one to figure out! Keto Bars will soften, like a fudge brownie, but they will not melt. 

Yep! All flavors are Gluten Free.

Not exactly. Keto Bars contain around 230 calories, depending on the flavor. That's a small amount of calories for a meal. However, they are packed with healthy fats (up to 21g) so that does make them very filling.

Anytime you'd like! Most of our customers enjoy them for breakfast, as a mid-day snack, or a sweet treat after dinner. Because they are rich, delicious and filling - many customers enjoy the same bar all day long :)

Technically, from a food science perspective, they're good for over a year ...but most people devour them right away. For those people, we recommend signing up for our subscription service ;)

Keeping them in a cool space would be ideal, but we know that's not always possible. That being said, you can take the bars out into warmer weather but do expect that they will soften and the oils will release a bit. On the opposite side, the bars can get as cold as you'd like them to be. They're very tasty when they're cold! Also, freezing them will extend their freshness.
