Q1How did you feel when you first started keto?
I felt great! Increased energy was the first thing I noticed.
Q2Were there any times that you wanted to quit? What did you do to stay motivated when it got hard?
There haven't been too many times I have wanted to quit because I know how crappy I will feel eating a standard American diet again. Looking back at old photos keeps me motivated!
Q3What advice would you give to someone who is just starting keto?
Just keep going and trust the process! Also, don't worry about getting all your fats in, you want to burn the fat off your body not all the fat you're eating.
Q4What is your favorite way to stay active?
love to bike and run around with my kids!
Q5What are your go-to keto recipes?
Bunless burgers and breakfast foods are my go-to's!
